Bokeh Wonderland

Since yesterday’s card featured WONDERLAND, I thought today would be the perfect day to share another Wonderland card.  But this one isn’t a shaker is a BOHEK EFFECT card.

Is BOKEH perfect for this stamp set or what!!  The softness of the effect looks beautiful with the snowy scene.

Wonderland Bokeh

Although this card seems like it took a lot of effort to make, it really was pretty easy!  It all started with a piece of Whisper White cardstock that I create the bokeh effect on with Lost Lagoon ink and Whisper White craft ink.

Once the bokeh effect was complete, the trees were stamped with archival black ink and a few white snowflakes were stamped around them.  I also added snow to the trees with a white gel pen.  The sentiment was embossed in silver on vellum and added to the card along with a few glimmer stars.

I think this has become my favorite Wonderland card and I see a new bohek obsession starting!

A beautiful card, Nicole. So serene. Now I need to learn the bohek technique. Your cards keep getting prettier and prettier. They are all wonderful. Congratulations!
